During one-on-one Yoga sessions you work with a personalised program for your particular body and its flexibility, inflexibility, pain or stress. These sessions fast track you towards moving the body through its own range of movement with the use of breathing techniques and Yoga Asanas (postures), helping you to attain pain and/or stress release, strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation, thereby bringing balance to the mind, body and spirit.

All personal one-on-one yoga sessions are $90 per hour.
